Steps:

  1. Get all the supplies you need
  2. Sit in a clean table
  3. Think of a theme of what you want to draw
  4.  Do some research about the theme you choose
  5. Make a concept map and putting down some ideas of what you going to draw
  6. Find some reference online that relates to your theme
  7. Draw as many thumbnails sketches into your sketchbook as you can and categorize into different concepts (same theme)
  8. Write down a short description of the idea of each concept (events, inspiration..etc)
  9. Draw some sketches/draft, and Practice drawing different details related to your theme
  10. Choose the best drawings from each concept(thumbnail)
  11. Draw out each concept to a bigger paper
  12. Choose one best concept as your final drawing
  13. Using photoshop to modify some details
  14. Finalize your drawing

PREPARATION TIME: 10 MINUTES                                                                          COOKING TIME: AS LONG AS NEEDED 

 

INGREDIENTS:  

  • Confidence 
  • Good Posture 
  • Clear Voice 
  • Talk Slow  
  • Healthy Throat 
  • Idea of What to Talk About 
  • Someone to Talk To 
  • Quiet Are to Practice 
  • Note Cards 

 

DIRECTIONS: 

  1. Couple of days before the event start learning what it is that you will be talking about. 
  2. Write down on Note Cards the key ideas that you want to talk about. 
  3. Over the next couple of days stand in front of the mirror and practice what you will be saying. 
  4. **IF POSSIBLE, TRY TO GET A LIVE AUDIENCE TO TALK TO** 
  5. The night before prepare your clothes and note cards for the event the next day. 
  6. The morning of the event eat a breakfast so you are awake. 
  7. 10 minutes before the event if possible, use the bathroom so you can keep still on stage. 
  8. Have a relaxed mind and go on stage making sure not to fall. 
  9. Go give the best speech you have ever given! 

Recipe(Chicken Tikka Masala)

INGREDIENTS:

Chicken Marinade:

Plain Yogurt (1 cup)

Juice of 1/2 Lemon

3 cloves of Garlic, finely grated

1tbsp, Ginder, finely grated

1tbsp, Garam Masala

1/2 tsp, Salt

6, Bones Skinless Chicken, cut into bite size pieces

In a bowl, combine all ingredients and marinate for 1 hour.

For the Sauce:

2 tbsp, Vegetable/Canola oil

2 tbsp., Butter

2 medium Onions finely diced

3 cloves of Garlic, finely grated

1/2 tsp, Turmeric Powder

1 tsp, Ground Coriander

1 tsp, Ground Cumin

1 tsp, Garam Masala

1 tsp, Ground Red Chili Powder

2 cups, Strained Tomato Sauce

1 cup, Heavy Cream

Salt to Taste

Fresh Coriander to garnish

METHOD:

In a large pot, heat oil on Medium- High. When hot, add chicken pieces, ensuring not to crowd the pan. Cook for 2-3 minutes each side, until browned. Set aside.

** The Chicken doesn’t have to be cooked through at this stage**

In the same pan, add Butter and Onions, and cook until soft and translucent. Add Ginder and Garlic, and saute for 30-35 seconds. Then add Turmeric, Coriander, Cumin, Garam Masala. Fry until fragrant (15-20 seconds).

Add Tomato Sauce, Ground Red Chili and season with salt to taste. Simmer for 15-20 minutes on low heat, stirring occasionally intl Tomato Sauce thickens, and takes on a deep reddish-brown color.

Add Chicken and Heavy Cream and cook for an additional 10 minutes until mixture is bubbling, glossy and thick.

Garnish with fresh coriander and serve with hot Basmati Rice or Naan.

PLAYING SOCCER.

Requirements:

  1. Shoes.
  2. Uniform (shirts, shorts and socks).
  3. Soccer ball.
  4. Place/Field.
  5. Water bottle.
  6. Warming up.
  7. Two cards (yellow and red).

Instructions:

  1. Playing as two teams against each other.
  2. Playing in two 45 minute halves.
  3. Kick Off: To start the game or the second half, and after each goal, a kick off is taken from the center circle.
  4.  Score goals as much as you can to win the game.

Skills needed:

  1. Passing.
  2. Dribbling.
  3. Controlling.
  4. Heading.

Notes:

  • Do not play roughly.
  • Avoid touching the ball with hands (except the Goalkeeper).
  • Avoid getting a Yellow or Red Card.

Materials needed:

  1. Shuttlecock
  2. Body, legs, and arms
  3. Flat surface
  4. Sneakers
  5. Patience

Steps:

  1. raise the shuttlecock in one hand.
  2. Throw it high in the air.
  3. Kick it by one foot.
  4. Kick again before it falls on the floor.
  5. Repeat kicking to avoid the shuttlecock falling on the floor.
  6. Try to use both feet in turns to kick in different fun ways.

Serving size: up to 8 people.

Tips: 1. Choose sneakers with flat and soft sides.

2. Controlling the kicking frequency is very important.

Serves at least one person

Ingredients:

  • A passionate desire to have people feel beautiful and confident (1 GALLON)
  • A canvas (8×11)
  • Steady hand
  • Skill/technique (1 HALF GALLON)
  • Patience (1 CUP)
  • Set of brushes (at least 7)
  • Beauty Blender
  • Foundation
  • Concealer
  • Bronzer
  • Highlighter
  • Eyeshadow
  • Mascara/Eyeliner
  • Lipstick/Lipgloss
  • Eyelashes (optional)

Steps:

  1. Prep the face with any moisturizer or primer, then you want to conceal the eyelids as a base and blend it using a beauty blender.
  2. Next, you want to set the eyes with any setting powder, then start blending in eyeshadow with a light hand. Add eyeliner and mascara. Eyelashes if you wish.
  3. After eyes, you move onto the face, put foundation on skin and blend all the product in.
  4. Add concealer under eyes, chin, forehead, and blend that in as well.
  5. After applying the concealer you have to set it so no creases appear, using a setting powder apply it in the same areas.
  6. Now, use the bronzer to contour, apply it starting diagonal from your ear and blend it back and forth  using a blending brush.
  7. After contouring, you highlight. Apply the highlighter right above your cheekbone.
  8. Now, fill in your eyebrows using an eyebrow brush and eyebrow product (gel powder, opt.)
  9. Now you can apply lipstick of your choice.
  10. Use a setting spray to set your makeup in place and your done!

Materials:

Basic knowledge of geometry, anatomy, color relations, mixing techniques, proportions, depth, volume, composition, light and shadow, balance, etc

Good quality paper, paints or pencils, brushes

Inspiration

Quiet and well lighted place

 

Directions:

Sit down and place in front of you the paper.

Concentrate.

If you drawing or painting “from nature/life” then look at the object or subject and try to understand how will you bring it to your paper

Try to feel the forms and proportions

Try to paint or draw according to your own vision and style, if you don’t have one yet, try to develop it, to create it.

Every few minutes squint and stand up and look at your paper from a distance to see the whole picture and search for mistakes or disproportions.

Try not to “over-do” your art piece, know when to stop. There is no perfection.

Give it as a present to your parents or beloved ones and walk around proud as hell that you are such an Artist.

 

Racipe

Ingredients
Eggs – 4
Sugar – 10 tbsp
Milk – 2 cup
Teaspoons Vanilla extract 1/2 tsp

Steps: 1. first make the caramel adding 2 tsp of sugar.
Steps: 2. Add all ingredients to another bowl and mix it well.
Steps: 3. pour the mixture into the caramelize bowl.
Steps: 4. in a large baking dish, pour 1-2 inches of water and place the bowel inside.
Steps: 5. Cook for 45 minutes. 45 minutes later remove from the cooker.
Steps: 6. Cool at room temperature and refrigerate for 2 hours.runs a knife around inside the bowl and flip over on the plate. Cut and serve.

1 box of penne

10 turkey meatballs

2 cups – organic mixed peas

1 cup of vanilla unsweetened almond milk

1tbsp dijon mustard

1 stock of celery

1 jar of Alfredo sauce

3 cloves of garlic

1tbsp of hot sauce

1 tbsp of blended parsley, cilantro, green bell pepper, scallion

1tsp of turmeric

1 tsp of ginger

1 tbsp of organic no salt seasoning

1 tbsp of avocado oil

4 cups of water

3 tbsp of Parmesan cheese

1 tbsp of oregano

Instructions

  1. turn fire under heat under pan to medium heat
  2. cut up meatballs into 4 pieces each
  3. pour 1 tbsp of avocado oil
  4. dice 1 onion pour into pan (stir)
  5. pour mixed peas into pan (stir)
  6. pour almond milk
  7. add seasonings & stir
  8. while meatballs are sitting in the pot , boil pasta water (pour into pot) For 10 Mins
  9. Pour Alfredo sauce into skillet and stir
  10. Once pasta is done boiling, strain it
  11. Pour pasta into skillet & mix
  12. add oregano & Parmesan cheese
  13. Notes: Be sure to stir consistently after adding ingredients. You can also add whatever meat or seafood you desire
