Ponik uses an example saying, a designer statement should be an ‘ah-ha’ moment. He also says, that it should be something short and simple, something that’s catchy and will make people remember for a long time. He uses the example about a band-aid saying, “I am stuck on a band-aid, cause band-aids stuck on me”. This piece by Morehshin Allahyari named, “She who sees the unknown: Aisha Qandisha”, really stood out to me, and caught my interest.
