This is the final version of my project which is a GIF. I love how everything turned out. Overall my project was a success even though there were some difficulties in between. It has definitely been a while since I’ve last painted. I haven’t painted in a very long time ever since kindergarten. Here is the primary picture of me that I used to do the posterize part and then trace on to the tracing paper, where we then moved on to the Bristol. Afterwards, painted in the different types of tone we had on our posterize to get our final posterized painting.

While doing this project, I found it interesting how you can convey a certain mood using lightning and only black and white. Something I could have done better was testing the paint before putting it on bristol since it was my first time using this kind of paint. I enjoyed making and seeing the transformation of my portrait, I was already familiar with the process of Key Frames and Inbetweens. Something I learned form this project is that when I claim that I can’t do something I can do it even better than I imagined. Something I could have done better is take my time to include more details but it still came out pretty good.
