Your original is not sharp. Most likely because it was very dark where you took the picture. This will cause your cameraphone to use a longer shutter speed and it will register both your motion as the subject and your motion holding the phone and the whole thing will be soft.
Stand in front of a window (during the day) and use it as front light to get a good original to work with.
