This is black paper cut out compositions. In other words, I create 4 compositions using my knowledge of geometric and organic shapes and the figure ground relationship. From this project, I learned that shapes arrangement command attention from the negative and positive space.

Also, that the distance between the shapes can create a great tension and balance that gives the composition energy. More important, I learned that having a picture plane gives the composition a different view as two dimensions.

In addition, less is more and Playing with the relationship of the shapes to each other is a good manner to explore the space. As one can see, the goal of this project is to explore balance shape while working on craftsmanship.
