After the group has solved everyone’s problems together, discuss as a group how you would like to prepare for the next test. Write a short guide to preparing for math tests. What worked well this time? How will you change how you prepare next time? Be as specific as you can be.

One of the ways we would like to prepare for the next test would be by preparing ahead of time more than usual and practicing similar problems and reinventing the problems on our own to grasp the step-by-step procedures. Remember, practice makes perfection. Preparation ahead of time and frequent practicing will give us the time to be more familiar and comfortable answering particular questions we are not too confident in doing, in which is what we’ve also agreed on, practice more review questions similar to the ones on the test and on WebWork/Rederly as well. What worked well was having notes available to us with problems that we knew how to solve. These notes served as a guide for us when we got a little lost during the test.
