Hint – Use the integral test
If the function is:
- Positive
- Continuous
- Decreasing
Rewrite the series as a function of f(x) and there you can see it is continuous. Noticing that the denominator is squared you can already tell that the series is decreasing.

Divergence Test – Aleem Ahmed
When using the divergence test you must find the sum of the limit. If it is greater then 0 the series will diverge if it is 0 or anything below zero it may either diverge or converge.
