Korean War Veterans Plaza

In the Korean war, it started as the “Cold War.” The war was between South Korea and North Korea. The cold war started in June 25, 1950 to July 27, 1953. No one won the war however, North Korea and South Korea aren’t friendly. In the cold war, at least 2.5 million persons lost their lives. Later in the war, the United States participated the war.
In the picture, it shows names whoever served in the war and I felt proud that I am Korean. This inspired me because I always felt like being an Asian wasn’t a good thing in America. Even today, I am proud to be Korean.
