This week has been an emotional roller coaster for me. The program is coming to an end and I’m starting to get a bit depressed about that. Also this week we finally had the chance to graduate from the CP program. It felt so great seeing all of us with our mickey ears and tassels and receiving our diplomas but it was bitter sweet because the program is coming to a close. I was also a bit upset because I really wanted to go to the Winter Formal but got denied the day off, but I was really blessed because the day of the Formal I walk in to work and my Coordinator spoke to the leaders about sending me home so I could attend the Formal. When I heard that she did this and that it was approved I felt so much joy that I actually starting to tear up. The Winter Formal was so much fun. It felt like prom all over again. The food was great and I had the opportunity to dance the night away and actually forgot that we were close to the ending of the program.
