Weekly Reflective Journal 14

This week was once again stressful because I continued to have more than 7 checkouts on my board. I even received my first 11 checkout board with 2 linen changes and on top of that, I had to work 2 floors. I felt like I just wanted to tear up the board from frustration but I didn’t. I do feel like I am being picked on by the new temporary assignment because he has been the one assigning boards and he is constantly around me when I am doing my rooms. This may just be from frustration but sometimes I just want to work in peace without having to worry about the new TA constantly knocking on my rooms especially when he’s not my floor manager. I hope this will stop soon so I can stop stressing as much during work.
