Weekly Reflective Journal 13

This week was a very rough week for me because of all the checkout rooms I was assigned to do. For the entire week, I have not received a board that had less than 7 checkouts and I felt really stressed out day after day doing all the checkout rooms. I felt it wasn’t fair that I was assigned so many checkouts for an entire week even when there were low checkout days. I did complain a lot about this to my friends down here but at the end of the day, I still finished the job. This showed me more about how stressful a housekeeper job can be and this will allow me to understand how stress can build up for housekeepers when I do become a manager one day. I honestly rather not have a week like this one again but if I do, I know I can finish the job at least.
