BUF 4900- Internship

Course Description:

In this course, I was offered the opportunity to gain work experience with a fashion industry company aligned with my individual interests. Through hands-on application, I transitioned my studies into real-world professional settings, maintaining detailed journals of my experiences, submitting written analyses, and participating in regular discussions. Upon successful completion, the objectives were to apply classroom lessons to practical workplace scenarios, exhibit ethical behavior, grasp problem-solving techniques through negotiation, absorb professional organizational culture, and assess our performance in alignment with our goals. In terms of broader educational outcomes, I developed sensitivity to the underlying philosophies guiding decision-making, apply critical thinking and communication skills to solve problems, employ these skills effectively in interviews, and demonstrate the necessary attributes for effective teamwork and leadership within professional environments.
