” Walk with me” David L. Ulin
“The air was thin, the darkness brittle. I was alone. The solitude felt crushing as if I had driven off the edge of the known world. ”
I have encountered this word many times but never really paid attention to it, because there was always a way that I could overlook the word. In the way, the sentence used the word it made more sense to describe the feeling of being alone which is why I decided to incorporate the sentence before that to give a better understanding of being alone. Now the sentence makes a lot more sense although you could use context clues you get a way better understanding of the term.
