The WHAT?

I started working with Dawn and her team in the Marketing Department. Since I already worked at the company and knew the team, I thought it would’ve been best to try to find something in-house as all the departments are housed in the same building. I had an interview with Dawn to describe my current skills and basically the expectations of the internship.  She then gave a brief list of what her team does and where I would fit in based on my skills. She did want to know how proficient I was in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator as the bulk of the work is done in those 2 programs. Luckily for me, I was very proficient so she had no problem in bringing me on the team.
