Brooklyn Cupcake was founded by sisters Carmen Rodriguez and Gina Madera in the year 2010. Located in Williamsburg 335 Union Avenue. What came to just be a hobby in Carmen’s home kitchen she started making Latin and Italian flavored cupcakes, which now she is the owner and baker of Brooklyn Cupcake. With the variety of different flavor cupcakes, the best seller has to be the Tres Leche topped with a mascarpone whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon. You can make orders online or by phone with weeks of notice.
