Anarchy in a jar is a place to get fresh made jams, marmalade, mustard, etc. It was founded by Laena McCarthy in 2009 and they strive to use locally grown produce in their products. Each batch of jams, jellies, marmalades, etc. are all made by hand through techniques that combine the old and the new. Anarchy in a Jar is located in Brooklyn. Their products can be seen in a few stores, but it can also be purchased online.
