So after a couple of weeks of training, I finally earned my ears. All the information that was taught to me during training was inserted in my mind and I can now put them in to full effect. Some safety to sanitation to the POS system, I have learnt it. It feels really good when you get from on stage to another and people are now asking you how to do something. All the OJT (on the job training) was very helpful for my learning style because it was very hands on. The skills that I have mastered in the past week is going to help me succeed in my future and back home in my future endevours.

Congrats Jennifer! It’s crazy to think we’ve been here a month, and progressing in our positions.
Congratulations on earling your ears!
Can you share a some specific POS training you had? What “hands on” techniques were used?
