I’ve decided to write about my work location in New Fantasyland and Tomorrowland. To my fellow cast members feel free to come visit me any time and say hello!

Tomorrowland

This stand is called Lunching Pad and is located under the entrance of People Mover and Astro Orbiter. I’m a little neutral on this location because it can be a little busy on this location because of the recent reopening of Astro Orbiter. We mainly sell specialty or gourmet hot dogs like Coney island, Philly Cheese Steak, BLT, Chili Cheese and just plain hot dogs. We also sell Mickey Pretzel and Cream Cheese Pretzel in this stand. As for refreshments, we have carbonated drinks such as frozen lemonade, coke, cherry and blue raspberry.

This is my favorite location in Tomorrowland. This one is called Auntie Gravities which is located next to Merchant of Venus and Mickey’s Star Traders. This stand’s specialty items are sundaes. Guests can customize their sundaes with their chosen toppings which include caramel, hot fudge and strawberry with an optional whip cream on top. we have three flavored soft serve ice cream: vanilla, chocolate and swirl which can be serve in a cup or cone. Auntie Gravities is the only stand in Magic Kingdom that serve flavored coffee floats: mocha, french vanilla or latte with soft serve ice cream.

The first one on the left is called Space Dog and the next is Turkey Cart. Both of these stands are located infront of Space Mountain. We only open these stands during holiday season where there is a maximum capacity of guests. Space Dog sell bottled sodas, assorted chips and hot dogs. On the other hand, Turkey Cart sells Turkey. This cart, together with a Turkey cart located at Frontierland are the only place guests can buy Turkey legs in Magic Kingdom.

New Fantasyland

This one is called Cheshire Cafe and is located right in front of the Tea Cups attraction and Starlight Cafe. This stand can be busy at times because the path on this area is always crowded. We sell gourmet cupcakes like Queen of Hearts and Mad Hatter. I personally don’t like them because its way too sweet. Guests can get carbonated drinks like frozen lemonade and raspberry lemonade. Cheshire Cafe also sells bottled water and iced coffee drinks.

I have to admit that this is my least favorite stand in Stands East because this area is the hottest during a sunny day. It is called Prince Erik’s Supermarket and we sell fruits, bottled drinks, fresh lemonade and strawberry lemonade. We also sell frozen lemonade and flavored shaved ice which is very popular with the kids.

Gaston’s Tavern! This is my favorite location in Fantasyland. Guests visit this stand to get our famous menu items like LeFou’s brew, pork shank, cinnamon buns, chocolate croissant, fruits and vegetables, hummus with chips and apple slices with caramel. This location is like the tavern in the movie Beauty and the Beast which is pretty amusing. Aside from our delicious menu items, guests can meet and greet with Gaston just outside the tavern. Although I have say that this location can be tiring at times because of my countless explanation to some guest that we don’t sell any alcoholic beverage at all in Magic Kingdom.

Storybrook Treats mainly sell specialty sundaes just like Auntie Gravities but we can add brownies, cookies and shortcakes on a sundae. This is the busiest stand in New Fantasyland and my number one favorite of all. Storybook Treats is located right in front of the Seven Dwarves Mine Train and right next to Winnie the Pooh’s Hundred Acre Woods. I love this location because we get to do magical moment once per hour and what we do is give away free huge sundaes in a huge plate to an unsuspecting guest or guests. We don’t just give them away like “Here you go, a free sundae!” We tell them stories like “Snow White made seven sundaes but Sleepy is still sleeping so Snow White decided to give this to you as a gift for being a good kid.”

The last one is called Friar’s Nook which is located right next to Storybook Treats and Prince Charming Regal Carousel. We sell our famous gourmet mac and cheese like pot roast, BLT, hot dog with mac and cheese and the regular mac and cheese with bread crumbs. This stand can be a little confusing to some guest because of the item hamburger BLT mac and cheese. Most guest think that it is an actual hamburger so we make sure to tell them that this is not an actual hamburger. Friar’s Nook also sells frozen lemonade and hot dogs. This location can be busy during events like Halloween and Christmas Parties.

  1. This is incredible information, I am now ready to eat at the MK when ever and where ever I want. You mentioned that some locations are open only during busy times. Why is this and what benefit does it offer the guest and Disney?
