It was so much fun spending time with my family. The morning of their flight, I called them as they drove to the airport. My little sister knew something was up but she had no idea that she was coming here and my little brother actually cried. We stayed at Disney’s Port Orleans French Quarter. The cast members were amazing and I even got a birthday card from “The Boss”. The few days they were hear were the best ever. We did all four parks in two days. I think I was more exhausted running around with them then I would have been at work. But it all paid off in the end. My mom is not a thrill seeker. So we kind of had to trick her into riding Tower of Terror, Space Mounting, and Expedition Everest. We all was said and done a good time was had by all.
Staying at a resort and visiting the park as a guest really did put something into prospective for me. I now realize that one of the things we do need to improve is our direction signage. As a cast member I could never figure out how guest get lost trying to find the exit? All parks, Epcot Center excluded, have only one guest entrance. But while in Animal Kingdom I actuality got lost and had to ask for the way out. I always tell guest to the direction and to follow the exit signs, and other cast members did the same. I found myself staring at the exit lost. It was my own reality check.
Hi Carlos!! I am really happy to hear that you and your family have had such a magical time here at Disney. I agree with you and the fact that the direction signage needs to be improved, that would be something incredible innovated for the Animal Kingdom parking lot, since not just the guests get lose trying to figure it out their way out. I still remembered the first time I was at Animal kingdom with my roommates, we also got lost with the signs. By the way Happy belated!! I hope you continue finding different ways of how improving our services, and also having such a wonderful time here.
