It’s so wonderful receiving so many lovely letters and gratuities from my guests! I actually saved up all the tips I have earned and it totaled up to $794, which really shocked me because it’s quite a large amount of money! The sweetest are the yellow envelopes, where kids dream pictures on them, and wrote out “Mousekeeping”. It was so cute and heartwarming.
This is a super sweet note written by my VIP guests that I had mentioned from my previous post. It was such a wonderful letter, I feel bad I did not get the chance to ask for their business card so that we could keep in contact. They left the note after checking-out so I did not get a chance to actually thank them for being such sweet guests.
I have exactly 4 more working days as a housekeeper before I’m done! My program ends on June 1, and the schedule manager actually gave me May 30, and 31 off when he didn’t have to. I feel so thankful towards him, he also gave me a whole week off to spend time with my family during Spring Break! Today, I forgot my blue company I.D card, and was really troubled because I thought I would’ve gotten lectured and a point on my record card, but he actually annulled the violation and clocked in and out for me, without penalties! Definitely a nice manager. I will remember to buy him and my work location manager goodbye cards, thanking them for taking care of me all this time!
My coworkers actually set up a goodbye party for me and another CP who are both leaving at the same time too! We had an awesome time in Hooters and they even specially made a cake that said “You will be missed”. It was really sweet of them and we had an absolutely great time. I will miss everyone so much once I leave.
