Weekly Reflective Journal 12

This week in housekeeping was very interesting because we had a couple of new managers and temporary assignments. It was different for me because I was already use to the managers that were with me from the start of the program and now things have changed because the new managers do things differently. I’m sure once I get to know the new managers a little better, I will understand their work habits and how they ran things from their previous resort. I also feel this is a good experience because now I can see how different managers operate and I can learn from new people so I can improve myself as a cast member.
