Hello my name is Eddie, I am a senior at city tech’s Hospitality Management program. As a former CP student what is one thing that you would suggest any upcoming CP student going to Florida to do while out there?

Hi Eddie,
Congratulations on your acceptance into the program! If you are finishing school at City Tech then congratulations on graduating as well!
As a Disney CP Alumni of 2010, I highly recommend you explore all four theme parks and the two water parks as well. Take a day each, two days even to just go out and have fun! Use it as a chance to bond with your roommates! Also use the time to check out some of the highlights at some of the Disney Resorts, like the Grand Floridian! You don’t need to be a guest to check out their luxurious lobby. Definitely go exploring Downtown Disney and use the warm weather to your advantage to go visit Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach!
Just because you’re a Disney Cast Member, doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy the competition too! Definitely take the time to go visit Universal Studios! Remember, they also have a fear themed holiday called “Fright Fest!” If you haven’t heard of it, check it out– it’s their amazing Halloween themed park adventure they have in October. There are also special Cast Events which are exclusive to Cast Members only. These are always super popular, like the premiere showings of the Halloween and Holiday parades, riding of Space Mountain with the lights turned on and more! You can always find out more information on these and other things to do on the Hub (you’ll learn more about this when you’re down there).
Thank you Timothy for your response.
