Family Reunion

I Booked a trip for my parents and girlfriend today so I finally have something to look forward to.  I feel like this will be an experiential vacation for me with them, because while I’ll be spending time with them as a guest, I will be critiquing the staff the whole time as well because I, as an employee know how we should apply our basics to our everyday job, so know I could actually pay attention to how other staff works.  From bell service to food and beverage staff I will interact with everyone while on vacation, and I will finally see my self how we impact out gusts.  Its my parents first time ever in Disney world so I will have to be juggling work, classes and family time everyday.  I hope I have enough time to feel like I’m a guest and not an employee, and I also I hope that my family appreciates the company that I work for when they Arrive.  This has been a very bumpy month for me lately and I hope things start changing for the better.
