Here’s an exciting opportunity for Undergraduate Researchers and any students at City Tech interested in learning more about using SPSS: the SPSS Workshop Series, a subset of the Undergraduate Research workshops this semester.
SPSS Workshop #1: Consort Diagrams
March 28th, 1:00-2:00 PM
The first session of the SPSS Workshop Series will delve into the intricacies of consort diagrams – their significance in clinical trials and scientific publications, and the methodology behind their creation. Students from all majors are welcome to attend.
In advance of the workshop session, students will need to read the freely available, selected article, “Cardiovascular Risk Assessment Among Adolescents and Youths Living With HIV: Evaluation of Electronic Health Record Findings and Implications.”
You can register for SPSS Workshop #1: Consort Diagrams via Zoom.
The next two of these three sessions of the SPSS Workshop Series will take place next month:
- SPSS Workshop #2 Creating Tables and Exploring Associations between Two Variables, April 4, 1-2 PM
- SPSS Workshop #3 Creating Tables and Exploring Associations between Multiple Variables for Scientific Journal Articles, April 11, 1-2 PM
This workshop series was created by Prof. Gurung, who will lead each of the three sessions.
