The topic I selected about Paradigm Shift is art. Art have existed even during ancient time and the rise of technology have only improve and change the way is viewed. Traditional type of art such as painting of sculpture is re-created digitally. While the pieces itself does seem simple, behind it are intricate details that allows such technology to become reality. Technology allows digital art to exist even in the real world through virtual realities.

Everyday ,one of the routine that I have to do throughout the week, everyday or almost everyday is getting up and getting dress. Before getting dress I usually take account to the weather and make the appropriate choice in clothing. Sometimes I would forget to get an under shirt and end up freezing during cold days or I over dress during a warm day and ended up walking out and sweating a lot. Sometimes I would forget about checking the weather entirely.

I would love to be able to invent something that act as a thermometer and at the same time something similar to a automated closet of sort which can provide the clothing appropriate for that weather and day. it would just sense the weather outside and display it like a weather apps on the phone then the closet would display the type of clothing appropriate and shows it to you through material type, density and weight. It could select a group of outfit for that weather and from there you can obtain your outfit of the day and there’s no need of checking weather everyday then digging out your closet for the right jacket.

As far as strengths, skills and talents go I have some basic experience in emerging media from my first semester in city tech. I’ve worked with most aspect of emerging media and managed pretty well. I am pretty creative usually and my communication skills isn’t so terrible but could still be improved a little. I have no issue working with others but I do have a terrible time visualizing something sometimes.

Being in emerging media have certainly help me discover many talents as I have only recently learn how to work with things like the adobe programs and I find that i excel at it quite well. Due to the emerging media program I find myself to be working with others a lot more often and this program also expands greatly on creativity.
