The article that I picked is Between Not Wanting to Live and Not Wanting to Die. This reading was fascinating, Jeff who is the author tells the reader about his life and his illness which made him suicidal. Despite having a happy life with a nice family, a well-paying job, and a place to live comfortably, he cannot be happy because of depression. He later reveals that this was passed down from his family, one of his brothers also committed suicide a few years ago and Jeff also tried to do the same a couple of times but couldn’t. He feels like he wants to live but often thinks that the pain is so much that he must kill himself. Overall this is such a good description of depression and his life
