For my pet portraits, I drew my dog Coco while capturing different poses of her. I don’t really draw dogs or animals like that, so this was a challenge to me. It also helps build up my skills when drawing animals, even though it’s not apart of my illustration range. For the inking, I wanted to try a different method which was to use lines to better capture her fur and body.
