Intro To Food And Beverage Management
The chef for the Anna Nurse Workshop which I attended was Michael Ayoub. He’s the owner as well as the chef of Fornino’s. Fornino’s is located at: 187 Bedford Ave in Brooklyn, New York. He is known for his unique pizzas which he cooks over the fire which is rather simple to make.
During the Presentation he made balls of fresh mozzarella and served it to the crowd with a drizzle of olive oil and a pinch of black lava salt. Along with that he discussed the history of mozzarella and of Italy.
I felt very happy when I attended the Anna Nurse because it showed me something new. As being new to the school everything was new to me and this was the first one I went to. The food was good and I had the opportunity to taste something new that I had never tried before.
