During the course of the semester, we will contribute to Wikipedia and the Wikimedia Commons and some groups may decide to use Wikipedia as a platform to publish part of their Final Report.

We have a Learning Places Wikiedu course page to track our Wikipedia edits and contributions. All students will set up accounts and learn how to edit and upload media from an experienced Wikipedian.

4/11 Complete “Editing Basics” and “Evaluating Articles and Sources” modules

4/20 Wikipedia Ambassador Presentation & editing practice

5/2 Draft final reports in Wikipedia sandbox

5/23 Move your edits to a live Wikipedia page
