My 2nd week of spring break proved to be just as wonderful as the 1st. My brother came to visit and it was exactly what I needed as I missed a huge get together of family and friends at Easter, which really brought my spirits down and I whole heartedly wished I was back in New York. Having family visit has to be one of the highlights of the program so far.
As I get ready to go back to class, I realized theirs only 2 weeks left before the finals which pretty much signals the final weeks of the program. It’s amazing to me how the 1st month at disney just dragged on because we were all just trying to get acquainted with our new routines. It is like night and day now with the weeks just flying by without warning. I can see the final days being like high school graduation. It’s exciting to see what the next chapter of our lives has in store for us as a result of the college program, but at the same time it’s painful because we will be saying goodbye to friends that we may never see again. Its going to be a tough transition as we were just steps away from people we truly care about.
