Ninoska’s Electronic Profile

Hello, my name is Ninoska Then, I am currently pursuing a bachelors degree in hospitality management at New York City College of Technology. When I’m working on a task I give it my all so I can succeed and be proud of my work. Being in the Disney College Program has given me first hand experience as a housekeeper and the opportunity to see how a resort operates, housekeeping I believe is one of the hardest role in a hotel/resort but it’s also one of the most important roles. I enjoy making people happy which is one thing you have to enjoy to be able to work and be successful in this industry. My area of focus is lodging management, my main goal is to obtain a position in the hotel industry where I can utilize my skills and grow as a person and employee.
