This journey has been one in a million. I made the best of this experience. From riding my first roller coaster to dinning at a five star restaurant, to learning from my roommates about their cultures and all I can say is this been a beautiful journey. The last days of the College Program is coming to an end and I can say I will miss Walt Disney. It was an amazing experience in college to learn, earn and grow. I wish everyone could experience this to know why it is an enjoyable journey.
The last two events of the year were fascinating. The 2014 Disney College Graduation was a blast. From techno to the “wobble dance ” it was a unique, barbecue with delicious food. My memorable memory was receiving my diplomas. I was speechless because I never seen the day coming. The feeling of accomplishing the program was unexplainable. It was another accomplished on my checklist that I am proud to share with others.
I took pictures with Donald and Ms. Daisy. These pictures are tangible memories and it was very magical to experience. I was one happy girl giving Donald and Ms. Daisy a hug. This opportunity just been one of a kind and thankful for everyone who been apart of it.
The winter formal was our last goodbye with all the college participants before the Holidays started. Everyone was glamour up and it was a different to see everyone, outside the costume they wear. It was a great ball and it was well planned. From the decorations, to the characters, to the food everything was organized and it was a time wonderful time spent.
I wanted to take a picture with Aaron Boesch but I was kind of nervous to ask him. And also because he was busy signing in all the CP’s living in Vista Way. Ah. If I am lucky, I can hopefully see him again! I totally feel the same way as you too. I would’ve never imagined that I would love this program. But the Disney College Program definitely was a huge leap for since I was a shut out kid back in New York. If I could, I would wanna do this program again after I graduate.
