I completely agree with the article and believe that the guest’s safety should always be top priority. The guest’s safety is extremely important but the employee’s safety is also important. If a guest does not feel safe, it will ultimately affect the reputation of a company especially if it’s The Walt Disney Company which is known for their hospitality. By being able to put guest’s safety first and keeping the guest safe, it will give a company a great reputation or improve a company’s reputation even further. Though there are many situations like hurricanes where it is out of our hand to control, it is still top priority to keep the guests safe and happy. If a company can keep their guests happy through bad times, it just shows how dedicated that company is to keeping their guests satisfied. I believe that even if these type of situations cost the company some money, it will be worth it in the long run because you want your guests to be satisfied in the end. It is not easy to satisfy guests during tough times but it needs to be done to keep a great reputation.
