We offer open hours for students and faculty and staff all throughout the school year, including Summer and Winter Sessions, and before the beginning of each semester. We have a schedule for remote workshops; additionally, you can request a workshop using the instructions below.

The OpenLab Community Team also hosts open hours where members of the OpenLab can get one-on-one assistance.
Co-Working Hours
Developed as part of Open Pedagogy on the OpenLab, co-working hours are virtual quiet meet-ups for anyone to join to get work done. Breakout rooms are available for conversation or questions. All are held via Zoom.

The OpenLab Community Team leads workshops to help new members get started and everyone get more familiar with the OpenLab and its features. These are open to everyone in the City Tech community.

The OpenLab is accepting requests for focused workshops for the faculty, staff, or students in your departments, offices, and other stakeholder groups at City Tech. Instead of more general offerings, we’re interested in meeting the needs of your group through targeted workshops designed specifically for you.
Screencasts
In addition to the very useful Help section of the OpenLab, the OpenLab Team has developed a series of screencasts to provide additional asynchronous support on a variety of topics that are important to know to get comfortable using the OpenLab. The screencasts are hosted on our YouTube channel.
