On September 19 we released version 1.7.79 of the OpenLab. It included some minor theme and plugin updates. We also deactivated a few plugins.
We are no longer doing new development work on the OpenLab Gradebook plugin and recommend that grades be shared with students via Brightspace, the college LMS. If you have Gradebook activated on an existing site, the plugin will remain active on the site. However we ask that you please transition away from it if you’ve been using it.
In addition, we deactivated the plugins Highlighter Pro, Setmore Plus, and ShareThis because they are no longer being maintained by their developers.
These plugins will remain activated on existing sites, but won’t be available to activate on new sites. If you clone your sites, or make them cloneable by others, we ask that you please deactivate these as well as any other plugins you’re not using, so they are not cloned to new sites.
