In order to receive your obstacle you must first finish parts 1, 2, and 3.

4. Updated estimate to include union costs

Obstacle documents

1. Updated estimate to cover obstacle costs

2. 300 word essay with 2 citations

3. a ppt of not more than 12 slides to present your obstacles and what your did to overcome and achieve your goals
