I believe that when creating a manifesto you’re creating guidelines to how a person applies specific amount of effort for specific results.

1. Consistency, practice and reapplying yourself to your craft, you work will show overtime. This may go hand in hand with discipline.

2. A clear understanding of what the goal is and also being able to speak on the work. Being able to articulate and share the understanding. When we speak about something we feel strong about will also give confidence to the listener.

3. Confidence shows strength, and even power. If you believe and and understand your work, your process, confidence in your work comes right along. Being able to show your work and also expressing you’re creativity and discussing with other creatives and making pieces to start conversations for critiques. But also, how to receive and respond to critiques.
