For the final project my goal is to do a fashion photo-shoot for GQ Magazine. It will be basically showing the viewers and giving tips what to wear during the spring season. majority of the photos will be taken with main light to show the spring colors and details of the clothing that the model will be wearing. I’ll be using atleast 5 models to go through with this project. The purpose this project will serve to my portfolio is that I want the clients to see I’m good behind the camera and getting the job done very well.

Final Project Idea
For my final project, I want to shoot is something related to food in abstract pattern or layout. Items can be produce, fish/meat, spice/flour, noodle etc. It can be for a food magazine, or an advertising. Itâs not necessary to look delicious, but it should show the beauty of organic life such as the veins of a leaf or geometric pattern in nature. I want to make it have refreshing feeling so viewers would admire a beauty of what you eat.
Final Project David Sanchez
For my final project I will create create cyborgs from different models. I will use people in the class as the models. Each model would be posed differently and I will photo manipulate different pat of the body of each model. Light will be focused on the body parts I will be focusing on. I will take pictures of mechanical pieces to incorporate in these body parts. I will take pictures of metal textures. The purpose of this going towards my portfolio is to use it in any campaign or posters. To also show the other skills that would be useful in other designs.
final project
for my final project i wanted to either advertise watches or cameras. watches Symbolize Prosperity, Fashion and innovation. and i wanted to show the mystery behind a new line of luxury watches. I’d have a black backdrop with a spotlight on the watch. with the image cropped down to right above the model’s nose. i’d also have a back light to add dramatic  effect.
if i was shooting a camera i would use the plexiglass surface and have a black background have it back lit and spotlit.
Final Project – Barrington simpson
I love photo manipulation and i have always been fascinated by Greek mythology. So i decided why not combine the two of them. With the help on my classmate Tera Cunningham i will transform her into the mythological beast Medusa. The intended use will be a graphic design fan based photo shoot. Im aiming to get the feel of danger and intrigue. So it will be mostly dark lighting to give that feel of danger. I’m thinking three set photos, a full body shot, an extreme close of her eyes which will over lap the snakes in her .The next god will be Aphrodite the goddess of love. The lighting for this will be natural  lighting so its defused. Most of the props will be just clothes everything else will be photoshoped in. The photos will be used in my Graphic Designer portfolio because even thou my major is advertising i really like the graphics side of life.

FINAL Portrait manipulation
For my final project I plan on taking portrait photos cropped in only on the face from the forehead to the chin of multiple people, I would like to have a male and female and different people with different ethnic backgrounds. Then after I want to manipulate these photos to make them seem like they are not from this world, sort of like a creature from the movie avatar. I think this would be a great peice for my portfolio because it would show that I can take great portrait shots and use good lighting and show off my photoshop skills. Also I think it would be good that all the shots I use would show diversity and not the same kind of portrait over and over. In the end show the before and after.
final project idea ( Antonio Griffith )
I will shoot portrait of people. I am going to graphically edit statues faces with human face seeing both sides. I am also thinking about doing some who body shot of models and they will be in the same pose as a statue then incorporate them with the statues using certain parts. I will light my subject depending on the light on the statue. Â This project will serve to show my photography skills and graphic design skills.
Gallery Trip description
The first exhibition we visited at Aperture Foundation was âThe Chinese Photobookâ. The wide variety of photobook publications is organized chronologically, beginning with post-World War II era works up to the present. At that time the style of photo-book was limited. Many of the earlier Chinese photobooks were used in political propaganda magazines and posters for Chinese Communism as well as posters promoting the virtues of industriousness. Many of the photos were edited and printed in vivid colors to give views positive images of their political and industrial policy. Later works on display from the modern era use a wider variety of artistic or journalistic styles. As freedom of photo publishing has gained ground, the subjects have been more diverse and sometime more personal. Through looking the passage of photobook in China, I see a part of histories and culture of the country.
Jimmy Nelsonâs photo exhibition features photos of several different native tribes in the world. His works were overwhelmingly powerful and those subjects look resolute and strong; however, at the same time, the images are also peaceful and calm. Some of those were medium shot, some were wide/long shot with beautiful nature as a background, and a few were close up. Their native costumes and body/face paints symbolized their pride and dignity, and those were very interesting to look at. However, what fascinated me the most was their expression, especially their eyes. I felt those eyes spoke of their pride. It was innocent and strong. Most of the medium and close up shots use shallow depth of field, focusing on the subjectsâ faces. The wide and long shots use deep depth of field showing the subjects in the context of their environment. Their posing and attitude are also represent their poise.
The last exhibition we visited was âPublic Eyeâ at the NYPL. There were all kinds of style and media of photography through this 175 years in the U.S. There were landscape, portrait, aerial photo, commercial photo, street photo for publication purpose to private memories.
I was especially liked the collection of black and white printed photographs of pastoral landscape in America around 1930-40, such as Walker Evansâs works. Those works captures the beauty in peopleâs everyday life. Those works has documentary style but at the same time it was poetic. I think the uses of natural lights made those photos make dramatic, even though that subjects were clippings of their ordinary life.
