Ā Ā Better off Spread is a small local business owned by Jenny & Jonny, a couple from Brooklyn. They have a dream āchanneling their crazy into a spreadable empireā. The location is 261 Smith Street, Degraw & Douglass of Brooklyn. They sell six kinds of nut butters: And Justice for Almonds, Enter Cinnaman, Every Rosemary has Its Thorn, For Cashew, The Bell Tolls, The Ace of Spice, and Jalapeno Be Thy Name. The most popular product is And Justice for Almonds, which costs $13 dollars. Their nut butters have not oils, fats, preservatives or sugars only natural ingredients combined to make awesome flavors. Significantly, they use organic, GMO-free nuts. They chose Brooklyn as their location because it’s been their home for many years and as of late has become the “Silicon Valley” of the small packaged food industry. The advantages are that there is a very big, helpful community of people who are more than happy to network and work with each other. There are a lot of great stores and resources to help support and grow small businesses such as Better off Spread.
