Intro to Perspective
Hello Class!
NEXT week we will explore the Narrative Element of POINT OF VIEW as a story telling device. In order to give you a little extra help drawing your scenes from different points of view, you need to learn a little PERSPECTIVE!
One Point Perspective or Parallel Perspective point perspective works well for situations like the one below, where the viewer is oriented directly in front of a set of parallel lines like railroad tracks or a long hallway.
But what if you want to show the viewer something from an angle?
Two point perspective uses two vanishing points set well apart on the horizon line. The rule of thumbs here is sets of parallel lines must be either vertical or recede toward one of the two vanishing points.

My Story Proposal: Rapunzel
The Three Citrons by Giulia Bentoglio
The Three Citrons by Giambattista Basile
Well was it in truth said by the wise man, “Do not say all you know, nor do all you are able”; for both one and the other bring unknown danger and unforeseen ruin; as you shall hear of a certain slave (be it spoken with all reverence for my lady the Princess), who, after doing all the injury in her power to a poor girl, came off so badly in the court, that she was the judge of her own crime, and sentenced herself to the punishment she deserved.

Each one have their emotion they like to eat.Living in the modern world is hard since there more people and their father don’t like it when they go out because he scare human will hurt them. They put the humans in jail if they can’t find the truth. This girl name Sarah went to find the serect of the princesses because her brother was there before he disappeared . Little Red Riding Hood: Space Edition
It will be the same story but reimagined in an alien world somewhere in space. There will be an innocent alien like little Red Riding hood, Evil monster like the Bad Wolf, and an old alien representing the old grandma. The setting will be in a futuristic alien world, with modern homes, alien plants and trees. The target demographic will be ranging from young teenager to young adults.
Proposal: The Wendigo by Algernon Blackwood
I was trying to find a horror story as it would be easily applicable to any time period. As such, I found The Wendigo by Algernon Blackwood. My idea for this story is that since it is about a mythical beast, I could narrate the story in the modern day as the original premise takes place in the past.
