After the tragic death of Bruce Lee, one of the greatest exponents of Chinese action cinema, someone was needed to occupy that enormous space. The problem is that nobody was Bruce Lee, many tried, but nobody could fill those shoes. It is then that Jackie Chan enters the scene with a completely different perspective and objective, never seen before. After many attempts, he managed to establish himself as an exponent and a classic of action cinema not only for China but for the entire world, with worldwide projection thanks to his characteristic way of making action films. It is thus that a style of making action films emerged, which was not even comparable to those seen in Hollywood, and which undoubtedly marked an era completely moving away from the traditional and giving the viewer visual artwork one after another. With more than 100 movies made, Jackie Chan created a new genre of cinema, innovative and somewhat strange for the time.
