Bresson explains at the beginning of the video he focuses on the geometry in a picture. For example:lines, shapes, curves and the relationship that forms between them in a photo. He doesn’t overthink when capturing a photo instead he acts in that moment. Even a small movement can change the photo so if you make a mistake you have to take another picture. You can’t take an exact picture as you did before, as he said “life is fluid” everyone is moving, you can’t go back and ask them to remain in the some position as before, therefore it is important to stay alert and present.

    Bresson took a lot of photos to stay in the moment. The compositional moment happens while working the subject. Making photos creates more photographic possablities
