A Little bit about me

Hello. My name is Nicole Harripersad I was born and raised in Brooklyn. I moved to Staten Island in 2008, when I was just 10 years old. I am currently attending the New York City College of Technology to earn my Associates degree in Communication Design, and then earn my Bachelors in CTE Teaching to become a Graphic Design Teacher. I hope to work with other advertisement companies in the future and work with other graphic designers as well I learned about art software’s when I was just 12 years old and became very interested in it in Middle School. Soon I was addicted to Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. I became interested in the Communication Design major because of my addiction with anime, and manga style art that I fell in love with when I was just 5 years old. In my high school, at Ralph R Mckee Career & Technical High, I learned how to use illustrator more to create tattoo like art. Using photoshop to help color in my manga styled art, and other animations. And InDesign to create invitations and birthday cards for businesses.
I have a variety of hobbies. It mostly includes reading manga, playing RPG Horror games on a computer, and designing tattoos. I am a Huge Walking Dead fan and I read the comic books before the show came out. My favorite books to read are the Harry Potter Series. I love playing video games especially Horror games, like the Five Nights at Freddy’s series, slender man, and other creepy games to give me a good jump scare and raise my heart rate up for tension. I enjoy the animation from Scott cawthons work from the Five nights at Freddy’s series and hope to work on the concept art for video games too.
