This semester I will be working under Tinabeth Pina, a broadcast journalist with experience on camera as well as behind the scenes. I will also be working under their graphic team. Since I’m only at my internship twice a week, one day i’ll be working with the broadcasting team and the other with the graphic department. I found out about CUNY TV through an event at John Jay College of Criminal Justice. I approached the photographer, Laura Fuchs, and asked her how she ended up being the photographer of this event. She introduced me to Gail and Susan from CUNY TV. When I approached them, I introduced myself and told them I was looking for an internship related to graphic design. Gail Yancosek gave me Tinabeth Pina’s email and told me to contact Tinabeth as soon as possible.
