Libraries at research institutions like the New York City College of Technology are excellent sources for some of the most current and credible information that is available. This is especially true for science related topics.
Online Tutorials – City Tech library has an excellent set of tutorials for you to use as you grow your research skills. The better research skills you develop, the more effective your search strategies will become, and the more efficient you’ll use your time.
CUNY+ Online Catalog – the CUNY+ Online Catalog to find books, multimedia materials, and other resources that are either in the City Tech library, or in a library at another CUNY college.
Databases by Subject – Search databases allow you to access scholarly articles that may not be available in the City Tech library. The subject guides contain resources for conducting research in several different topic areas.
