Hey Andre!
It was nice reading your story. I find it great you didn’t stop on education and dream pursue. You got involved in the industry which interests you and decided to pursue higher goals, what I support and respect. Event/catering management is a good and big business, and is part of my interests as well. But so many food and beverage wasting is the dark side of the job, and my personal and primary goal is to solve that issue, upon having my company eventually.
