Who students have questions about the annotated bibliography, specifically finding article on Cornell Quarterly (CQ). CQ is a journal, so they will look at more long term studies, not current trends. That said, there is still really important information that can inform you about the trend you are researching.
So, to use my example of “consumer beverage trends: wine in cans”. I can find plenty of information about that in trade magazines but I will need to change the search when I look at CQ.:
“Beverage Trends” gave me too many articles and they were too old
so I tried “wine cans” and I found no articles at all, so then I tried “wine packaging” and found three valuable articles (two for a different project I am working on and one that would be great for this annotated bibliography assingment “Comparison of the Influence of Purchasers Attitudes and Product Attributes on Organic Wine Preferences”). The article will not speak directly to wine in cans (my specific trend) but it will inform me about how consumers choose a wine.
I hope this information helps. Make sure to comment on this post so that I know you read the information.
