Procrastination is something I struggle with all the time. Especially with school work. Its hard to stay focused and motivated to do my school work. I struggled a lot with this doing online school during the pandemic and quarantine. When the classes are not in person I don’t feel pushed to get my work done. In person classes help me feel pushed and like I have to get the work done. When all my work is online and on my laptop its easier to forget and also just put to the side. I tend to procrastinate for housework sometimes too. Like when I have my clean laundry and I feel like putting it off because I simply do not feel motivated to do much of anything. Procrastination ties in a lot with mental health for me. When your mental health is not doing the best staying motivated is very difficult.
