This article is my main point about why physical inactivity is important. It shows different statistics about people who workout and people who don’t. It explains the differences of what it can cause to humans if we continue to live this type of lifestyle. This article is going to be very useful because it gives me a prime example on why people need to start working out. It also shows the affects it will have on us so I will use that for my research paper to elaborate and try to inform people about why physical inactivity is bad and why we should be more active. It also explains different experiments they did on people and this can help me a lot to see how it worked. I could then the compare the two to show people as well.
