My Typical Day at Work
The culture of the workplace is very professional and at the same time, you connect with coworkers with similar types of interest. On the first I was told that we had to dress professionally, for example, we can’t wear heels because sometimes we have to pick boxes and also no inappropriate clothes. I usually wear flats or sneakers because I sit most of the time in front of the computer. The look of the location is office and it has four desks in one room with computers. I used to do 11 hours but now I do 10 hours per week. I work Tuesdays and Thursday from 9:00 to 2:30. I get like 15 min break because I do 5 hours a day. I like the atmosphere in the office because it’s all girls and we talk but we get the work done as well. I just felt if it was open area location that would have helped me in being creative. With me, they hired two other students through service corp.
